At all events please maintain a physical distance of at least 1.5m from others wherever possible. Please stay home if you are unwell, have been diagnosed with COVID-19, have been in contact with someone with COVID-19 or are currently awaiting COVID-19 test results.
Tickets and registration are NOT required to attend the Enlighten Festival. However tickets are required for select events which are part of Canberra After Dark @Enlighten Festival.
The below Terms will be a condition of entry. These terms specifically relate to COVID-19 safe practices.
I agree that I will not attend the event if:
I understand that any person included may be refused entry if they display cold or flu-like symptoms.
I acknowledge that the event may be scheduled to be held, or will be held, during a time at which one or more Government directions or regulations may be in force regarding the number of persons attending an event (or the holding of the event itself). If that is the case, then the number of persons permitted to be in or around the event site may be affected, resulting in the Enlighten Festival being required to or deciding to:
I acknowledge that, even with strict capacity and control measures in place, there remains a risk of transmission of viral illness including COVID-19 at this event at this time and I have considered that risk and my own personal circumstances, including any health condition or vulnerability that I may have or that of persons whom I will be in close contact with following my attendance. By attending this event I (and any persons who attend with me) acknowledge and accept these obvious risks. I acknowledge that I am not currently serving a mandated quarantine period.

By entering the Enlighten Festival Event Site or Event Installation locations, you agree to:
The ACT Government has a photographer and videographer onsite during the event taking photographs and video of performances, activities, workshops, exhibits and the crowd including small groups and individuals.
By entering the event site, you consent to being included in any photography and video taken at this event, and used, without permission or compensation by the ACT Government.
For close up shots of children under 12 years, verbal consent will be requested from a parent.
Images and footage may be used in communications and promotional material, such as newsletters, websites, social media, videos and other materials, including use by ACT Government portfolio ministers.
